YEAR ROUND PET PARASITE CONTROL PLAN
Although safe and effective treament and control methods exist for many internal and external parasites, countless animals continue to suffer from preventable parasitic infections
Each pet's risk for parasitic diseases may be different. Many times we observe pets, even those which spend the majority of their lives indoors infested with preventable internal (worms) and external (fleas,, tickes, lice, mites) parasites. Because of the direct threat parasites have for your pet and your family, we recommend that products be used for the prevention. Furthermore, we suggest their use year-round due to the high mobility of people and pets who travel in and our of our area. Fecal testing is advised yearly.
We do not recommend some of the products which are obtained over-the-counter due to their unnecessary expense and possible toxicity. Ask one of our patient care specialists for recommmendatins for your pet.
